Calling all parents - make the most of BSAC Beachcomber this summer!

alt

The BSAC Beachcomber activity has now been opened up for parents to deliver so that BSAC members can keep their youngsters entertained on the beach over the summer holidays. Already available to BSAC clubs and instructors wanting to provide more family-friendly activities within their branch, parents can now also take advantage of what is becoming a very popular BSAC activity.

And with the summer holidays upon us, now's the perfect time for families to go out BSAC Beachcombing!

Designed specially for children, BSAC Beachcomber is fun and easy to run. It can add an educational and inclusive element to a dive weekend or club holiday where there are non-diving family and friends. It is also ideal to run as part of snorkeller training.

The BSAC Beachcomber activity can be delivered in a few hours or incorporated into a full-day beach activity. It enables young people to have fun rummaging around rock pools while learning about the marine life they find.

To deliver the BSAC Beachcomber activity as a parent, all you need to do is order a BSAC Beachcomber pack for you child. Parental guidance notes will be included as part of the first order.

To order packs visit the BSAC KIDZ on-line shop

Please note: parents can only deliver the BSAC Beachcomber activity to their own children.

If you are an instructor visit the club page.
