The British Sub-Aqua Club is the UK National Governing Body for Under Water Activities.

Since 1953 we have been working continuously to ensure the ongoing development, safety and enjoyment of scuba diving and snorkelling for everyone.

BSAC knows just how enjoyable and life-changing scuba diving and snorkelling can be.

Our social, family-friendly club and centre network offers a great mix of quality training and regular underwater activities where children can learn and progress at their own pace.

Beachcomber is open to children from the age of five. Our snorkelling training programme is open to children from the age of six who can swim. Scuba training is available from the age of 12 to young people who can swim at least 200m.

BSAC provides all the training and support you and your child need to become beachcombers, snorkellers and scuba divers.
