Dolphin Snorkeller
Anyone who can swim and is six years old or over can learn to snorkel. You will also learn about the equipment, hand signals, duck diving and all the different ways of finning about. More...

Snorkel Diver
Perfect if you would like to progress with your snorkelling and discover more of the theory of the sport! Classroom lessons will teach you the background knowledge of snorkelling, coupled with practical lessons in the pool or in sheltered water.

Advanced Snorkeller
If you join a BSAC club you can build on your existing practical skills and knowledge, to increase your snorkelling fitness and be able to snorkel deeper and longer as well as plan snorkel dives.

Ocean Diver
Got the underwater bug? From the age of 12 you can go on to learn to scuba dive with BSAC. We've been training people to dive for more than 60 years, starting probably around the time when your grandparents were born! This is where you start using full SCUBA (Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) equipment. Breathing underwater for the first time is something you will never forget and the experience of learning with others is great fun. With scuba, the underwater world opens up to even more exciting adventures as you can go deeper and stay down for longer! More...
